2nd Grade Field Trip Information

WHEN YOU VISIT: May

WHAT YOU DO: Second graders visit the Boston School Forest in May! Spring is the best time to learn all about LIFE CYCLES! Activities include, toad relay race, forest hike, feeding worms to the bluegills, and visiting the Discovery Center! After lunch you will become scientists and explore all the amazing critters that live in the pond. You will also conduct seed experiments and plant a potato that you will harvest next year as 3rd graders.

WHAT TO BRING: Dress for the weather! You may need a rain coat and rain boots. Warm coat and snow boots. Tennis shoes and light jacket. Never wear sandals and always bring some type of long sleeves. Sunscreen is a good idea and LUNCH is a must!
